You'll have to forgive me, we've been having too much fun ...

to update our blogsite. Here's what we've been up to.

*My longtime (18 years and counting) friend Suzanne, her husband Chip and their two gorgeous children Nicholas and Olivia met us at our boat at Solomon's for a fabulous day of sun, swimming, drinks, and lots and lots of catching up!
*We left Solomon's for Annapolis. Our first night, Suzanne picked us up and took us to her absolutely wonderful home for a brilliant night of fun and friends.
*In Annapolis, we also hooked up with another longtime friend Julie Phillips Turner (15 years and counting)and her husband Michael. We all got together on our boat for happy hour (the kids enjoyed orange soda for their HH drink), walked downtown to dinner, and then back to the boat for an after dinner aperatif with some Pale Divine (Suzanne and I were total groupies to this band when we were young and stary eyed . . . ahhhhh, that bass player!!!).
*We cruised with Julie and Michael to Rock Hall, MD (on da Eastern Shore hon) where we enjoyed their cruising club HH with some incredibly gracious and intelligent boaters. The kids swam until 9:00 that night (lovin' that pool!) where we met Adam, the dad of the kids our kids were playing with at the pool. They all came over to the boat for more playing and chatting and finally to bed at midnight (we're STILL recovering!).

Whew, we're on our way to Baltimore to dry out our bodies (us from HH's and the kids from the pool) and re-live our Annapolis memories (what an awesome town!!!).

Life is good at the end of an anchor!
